We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of the purchase date. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging along with the original purchase receipt.

Please note that items which have been used, worn, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Refunds and exchanges do not cover shipping and handling fees.

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 10 business days, depending on product availability. Delivery times are determined by the shipping company, but we will do our best to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Please note that orders are processed and shipped only on business days. Any orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, Chol HaMoed, and Shabbat.

Shipping fees cannot be paid using vouchers, coupons, loyalty points, or promotional discounts. These fees will be added to the final total after all applicable discounts are applied.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, ‘FARAN ENSEMBLE’ will notify you promptly with the option to modify or cancel your order. Delivery times will be adjusted accordingly.

If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, or if the order is not collected from the designated branch within 2 business days of notification, ‘FARAN ENSEMBLE’ reserves the right to cancel the order (without charging for the products) and may charge only for the delivery fees. Additionally, we may restrict the customer from making future purchases through our website.
